Body Of Missing Man Walking Dog Recovered From Frozen NJ Lake: Police A New Jersey man was found dead in a frozen lake in Millstone Township after state troopers rescued his stranded dog, authorities said. Troopers responded to Millstone Park in Monmouth County on Friday, Feb. 21, at 4:46 p.m. after receiving a report of a dog stuck on the ice, Sgt. Charles Marchan of the New Jersey State Police said. Michael Rosen, 32, was identified as selling drugs online in July, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Monday.
