Cesar O. Nunez, 32, was driving on Route 22 when he was stopped for having fictitious license plates around 2:05 a.m. on Monday, March 7, Readington Township Police said. Shanice Wyche, 41, was expected to be released from the hospital on Tuesday following Monday's crash on Summit Avenue near Spring Valley Road shortly before 11:30 p.m., Capt. Nicole Foley said.
