Paterson Mechanic Accused Of Running Child Porn Sharing Ring Authorities raided the home of a Paterson auto mechanic accused of operating a child porn trafficking ring. A judge on Tuesday ordered that Delbin Almando Noesi Gonzalez, 39, remain held in the Passaic County Jail pending further court action following his arrest last week.
