Trio Arrested For Illegal Dumping In Newark, Police Say Three men were arrested for illegal dumping in Newark, authorities said. David Chang, 24, of Brooklyn, Mikel A. Lopez, 23, of Englewood, and Steven Gonzalez, 25, of Union City, were spotted tossing debris from a U-Haul around 9 p.m. Sunday, Newark Public Safety Director Brian A. O’Hara said.
