16-Year-Old Boy Airlifted In Warren County ATV Crash: Police
A 16-year-old boy was seriously hurt in a crash on an all-terrain vehicle, authorities said. State troopers responded at the 4:09 p.m. ATV crash on Sunday, Feb. 12 on Rutherford Drive in White Township. Based on a preliminary investigation the ATV overturned, causing the operator to be ejected and sustain serious injuries, State Police said. The operator was transported to an area hospital by medical helicopter.

Boy, 16, Struck, Seriously Injured By Pickup In New Milford
A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured when he was struck by a pickup truck Tuesday night in New Milford, authorities confirmed. The boy was apparently headed across Madison Avenue at River Road when he was struck by the utility company vehicle shortly before 6 p.m., Police Chief Brian Clancy said. An ambulance from Holy Name Medical Center took him to Hackensack University Medical Center with what the chief said were serious injuries. A 16-year-old boy was shot in the chest before dawn on Paterson’s north side, authorities confirmed. The victim was taken to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center after police found him on North 5th Street near Haledon Avenue at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Acting Paterson Police Chief Bert Ribeiro said in a joint announcement. The brief announcement didn’t specify his condition. Nor did it say under what circumstances he was shot or whether any suspects had been arrested, identified or involved -- only that an investigation was continuing.

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in the killing of a 40-year-old Jersey City man. The unidentified teen has been charged with murder and is facing several weapons offenses in connection with the death of Benjamin Stone, who was found dead in a Storms Avenue apartment on April 27, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
