Bergenfield Teachers Encouraged To Apply For Visions’ New Funding Program

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Elementary, middle and high school educators who teach in Bergen County are invited to submit ideas for educational projects not covered by their school budgets.

Visions Federal Credit Union has dedicated a minimum of $10,000 to the program and will select one or more projects to fully fund.

"Our teachers put so much time and energy into the classroom," Visions Assistant VP of Marketing Mandy DeHate said. "Many also put their own money into the classroom.

"We created Visions Loves Teachers to recognize their dedication and improve educational opportunities for youth in the communities we serve as well."

Visions has branches in Bergen County in Dumont, Englewood Cliffs, Mahwah, Oakland, Saddle Brook and Washington Township.
