She’s under 13, he’s 22 — and now in jail

A 22-year-old Bergenfield man was arrested early this morning after a pre-teen told police he fondled her. Leon Logan is being held on $300,000 bail, charged with sexual assault and child endangerment.

Logan, who is single and unemployed was arrested at 1 a.m. after a pre-teen told police about the incident, said Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.
