DUMONT, N.J. — The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public's help finding a missing Dumont woman with special needs.
Samantha McManus, 27, was last seen Monday at her house but could in New York City, police said.
She is 5-feet 6-inches tall, 160 pounds and walks with a distinct limp, authorities said.
