HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? Bergenfield police are seeking the public’s help in finding an 81-year-old resident with Alzheimer’s who was reported missing by his wife this morning.

Connie Wicklund, 72, told police she last saw Donald Wicklund when he went for a walk around 8:30 last night wearing a blue t-shirt, black cotton pants and a black watch on his left wrist, Detective Capt. Cathy Madalone said this afternoon.

Wicklund is 6-foot-1 and 195 pounds, may be wearing glasses and walks with a distinct lean to the left, the captain said.

Police broadcasts were immediately sent out to surrounding towns and beyond, and local area hospitals were checked, Madalone said.

She asked that anyone who sees Wicklund or knows where to find him to immediately dial 911 or contact Bergenfield police: (201) 387-4000
