Michael Urgiles remained held Wednesday in the Bergen County Jail on charges of aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.
A tip that Urgiles had “inappropriate sexual contact” with the juvenile prompted an investigation that led to his arrest last Thursday, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
A judge released Urgiles the next day.
He was re-arrested Tuesday on upgraded charges.
Authorities less than an hour later reported that an employee at a New Milford business was charged with grabbing the behind of one young co-worker and doing the same to another while making lewd comments to her.
