Married Dumont man, 30, charged with sexually abusing girl over three years

ANOTHER CVP SCOOP: A married Dumont man was arrested and charged with sexually abusing a girl over a three-year period more than a decade ago, beginning when he was 16 and she was 8.

Jason Negron, 30, is free on $100,000 bail, charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment.

he was living in Bergenfield at the time, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said tonight.

“The disclosure made by the now adult victim was just recently reported” to Bergenfield police, who contacted his investigators, the prosecutor said.

The arrest followed an investigation by Molinelli’s Special Victims Unit and Bergenfield police.

Negron, of Dulles Drive, is due in Bergenfield Municipal Court next Wednesday.
