Elmwood Park police charge Dumont man in 60-bag heroin bust

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Elmwood Park police arrested a 31-year-old Dumont man who they said they caught carrying 60 bags of heroin during a traffic stop last night.

Jeffrey Rode was released on a court summonses charging him with drug possession in a motor vehicle after the 8:30 p.m. stop on East 55th Street, Police Chief Michael Foligno said.
