Cops say laborer had sex with 3 girls — all under 13

A 50-year-old married machine operator is charged with having sex with three different girls — all under 13 years old.

Rodolfo Montemayor of 181 East Clinton Ave. in Bergenfield was arrested Saturday and charged with sexual assault and child endangerment, following an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit, which was notified by Bergenfield police.

Montemayor is being held on $125,000 cash bail at the Bergen County Jail. He has a Feb. 2 appearance scheduled in Bergenfield Municipal Court.
