Doors open at 6 p.m. and no one is expected to leave hungry, as the chiefs done aprons and take to the kitchen at Conlon Hall, just behind St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.
They’ll be serving meatballs, sausage and salad with the pasta, as well as soda and other beverages.
You can get tickets by contacting your local police chief.
It’s $10 per adult and $5 for each child under 12.
Pasta night is a tradition in Bergen County, one that fills the gymnasium at the church with officers and their families, as well as supporters.
“It is something I personally look forward to every year,” said Lodi Police Chief Vince J. Caruso, president of the Bergen County Police Chiefs Association. “I can’t think of a better way to meet the people in our county than to sit down, break bread and enjoy a hearty Italian meal.”
