Paul Sarkis Ermoian Jr., 85, Of Dumont

DUMONT, N.J. -- Paul Sarkis Ermoian Jr., of Dumont, died on Wednesday, Dec. 14. He was 85.

He was born in Weehawken to Mary Doramajian and Paul Ermoian Sr. and was employed as a printer at Powers Photo Engraving of New York City, retiring in 1981. He was an avid NY Yankees and Giants fan and loved fly fishing. He was most noted for being cunning and quite the jokester.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria Hamod; his children, Jennifer, Glenn and his wife Emily; his grandchildren, Michael, Natalie and James; and a sister, Charlotte.

Visiting is 9:30-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 17 at St. Leon’s Armenian Church, Fair Lawn, with a religious service to follow. Interment will take place at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
