DUMONT, N.J. -- Patricia M. Kelly, of Dumont, died on Thursday, Dec. 1. She was 86.
She was born in Brooklyn and was an elementary and high school teacher for 30 years in Brooklyn, Queens and Suffolk County school systems. She was also employed as an employment manager at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and facilities manager at J. Knipper Co., Lakewood.
She is survived by her nephew, Adam Kelly and nieces Paula "Polly" Zurlini and Julie Kelly, her grandnieces Lindsey, Amanda, Livvie and Claudia and grandnephews Marcus and Gian, and great-grandnieces Harlow and Dylan. Also surviving is her sister-in-law, Louise Kelly.
She was predeceased by her brother, John P. Kelly.
A funeral mass will be offered Monday, Dec. 5, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, Dumont. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Villa Marie Claire Hospice, Holy Name Medical Center Foundation, 718 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
