DUMONT, N.J. -- Jeanne Dempsey, of Dumont, died Saturday, July 30. She was 47.
She was bornApril 9, 1969, in Englewood.
Music was one of her greatest joys.
She is survived by her mother, Bernadette “Dolly” Dempsey; sisters, Irene Anderson and Kathleen Ragone and her husband Dominick; brother, Michael Dempsey and his wife Jessica; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
She was predeceased by her father, Arthur “Jack” Dempsey; and sister, Margaret Dempsey. A funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Ave., Dumont. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Tenafly. Visiting hours will be from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
