NEW MILFORD, N.J. -- Henry “Hank” Riemann, 89, of New Milford, died Tuesday, Oct. 25.
He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in the Philippines during World War II. He spent many years working as a machinist at Avon in Suffern, N.Y. He also was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Reimann; children, Michael and his wife Lora, Patricia Walczak and her husband Vincent and Johnand his wife Terri; grandchildren, Kimberly, Christopher, Katie, Kristy, Annie, Emily, Matthew and Joey; and great-grandchildren, Amelia, Sadie, Scarlett, and Charlotte.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Walter and and Lottie Seiger. A funeral service will be conducted at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, then to St. Joseph’s RC Church, Oradell, for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Friends and family will be received from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
