NEW MILFORD, N.J. – Elizabeth "Betty" Funesti, of New Milford, died Nov. 17.
She worked as a school teacher in Park Ridge, Elizabeth, North Arlington and Germany.
Funesti was predeceased by her husband Robert.
She is survived by son Robert, son James and his wife Darlene, brother William DiMeola, and three grandchildren.
Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Ave., Bergenfield.
The funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's R.C. Church, 280 Washington Ave., Dumont.
Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
