Alexander was born in New York City and raised in Washington Heights, N.Y. After graduating Dominican College where he received his BS in Information Technology, Alexander settled in Bergenfield.
He loved working out, all kinds of sports and playing playing video games.
Alexander was also known to be a foodie who was a very dependable friend and family member. He worked in the IT field recently beginning a job with A S Software in Englewood Cliffs.
He was a brother of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
More than $4,800 had been raised as of Sunday on a GoFundMe in his memory.
Alexander is survived by his mother, Magalys Valentin; father Ramon Ramirez, stepfather Eduardo Valentin; sister Lysnel Valentin; brother Rafael Valentin; and his partner Kari Haspel.
Burial was at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
