Albert Amos, 77, Of Bergenfield

BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Albert Amos, of Bergenfield, died on Jan. 7. He was 77.

He was born in Paterson, Nov. 8, 1939, the only child of the late Marguerite and Albert Amos. He graduated Pompton Lakes High School in 1957 and was the Owner of A&L Maintenance of Bergenfield. An active member of Clinton Avenue Reformed Church in Bergenfield for 57 years, he looked forward to retiring, fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian; children, David Albert Amos and Kenneth Amos; grandchildren, Patrick Albert Amos and Nicholas Adam Amos. 

Funeral service at Clinton Avenue Reformed Church, 58 James St., Bergenfield on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Cremation will be private. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tri-Boro Volunteer Ambulance Corp., or Clinton Avenue Reformed Church.
