BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. – Gunmaker Smith & Wesson reported its shares are up more than 10 percent in its quarterly earnings report and says President Barack Obama is one reason why, reports Business Insider.
The gunmaker attributes higher sales to tighter gun-control policy discussions – if consumers think they won’t be able to buy guns in the future, they will buy them now in large quantities, according to the report.
