NEW YORK, N.Y. – One man was killed and two people wounded in a shooting Monday morning near Manhattan's Penn Station, a New Jersey Transit hub, according to several published reports.
No arrests were immediately made after the 6:15 a.m. shooting, which police said occurred near the intersection of 35th and 8th Avenue after an argument in a fast-food restaurant.
However, sources said three people were scene running from the scene.
NJ Transit rail service wasn't affected, the agency said.
The dead man reportedly was 43.
Two other men -- one 45, the other 48 -- were taken to Bellevue Hospital Center, authorities said.
