After Vote, D'Angelo Farms To Be Redeveloped

DUMONT, N.J. — The Dumont Council in a 3-1 vote Tuesday night cleared the way for the redevelopment of the D'Angelo Farms site.

In March, the council settled a "builder's remedy" lawsuit with the developer, Landmark Dumont LLC, which sued in Superior Court in Hackensack to force re-zoning for “inclusionary” development.
