This location will include a secluded VIP room for his occasional celebrity clientele, such as New York Giants Cornerback Corey Webster or Rapper Juelz Santana.
Before tattoos, he made drawings.
His lettering style gained a following and some of his fans hoped he'd turn to tattoos.
"I was always drawing so all the people who knew me were stalking me when I got the tattoo equipment," said Balseca, the owner of NYCE Tattoos.
After working for another parlor in New York for 11 years, he decided it was time to open a place of his own. H
"I wanted a different-looking shop," he said.
"I didn’t want a regular tattoo shop. I wanted a high-end, luxury style."
The ideal location would be close to Route 4 since his clientele are mainly from New York City and New Jersey.
