BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- The 2016 Mayors Wellness Challenge has begun, but Bergenfield residents 18 and older can still sign up and join in.

The program offers free exercise programs and nutritional and stress reduction guidance. Participants who complete five weekly weigh-ins will also have a chance to win a Fitbitin a raffle.

The program officially kicked off on Sunday, April 3, but you can still register online -- here -- or by calling 201-387-4055, ext. 5. There were 73 spots left, as of Wednesday evening.
