Rony's Rockin' Grill, Bergenfield
What Makes It Patty Perfect: "I use my own meat, a special recipe that includes beef brisket, chuck steak, and porterhouse tips and loin," explained Owner Rony Alvarado.
"It's just the freshness of it all," he added, including picking up the buns from the farmer's market in the morning and prepping ingredients as they go.
It's not fast food, and he's proud of that. He said customers don't mind waiting for the food, "because it's the best they're going to get."
The joint gets glowing customer reviews on Yelp and Facebook – and it earned the DVlicious crown for 'Best Fries In Bergen' last summer.
