New Milford Collects Donations To Help Hackensack Charity

NEW MILFORD, N.J. -- New Milford Gives will hold a collection for donations in the New Milford High School cafeteria from on Tuesday, Dec. 1.

The community is invited to bring clothing, undergarments, toiletries, winter gear, and gently used items for the homeless in Bergen County.

The event will benefit Hackensack Housing Health & Human Service Center. Empanada Mania Food Truck from Bergenfield will be present and give a portion of proceeds to the cause.

The cafeteria will be open for donations from 6-9 p.m.

The event is sponsored by Hypelite, a non profit organization in New Milford.
