Bergenfield Kids, Teens To Take Stage In Talent Show

BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Kids and teens will be showcasing their talents in Bergenfield this weekend.

Local teens and children will be featured in a talent show on Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Bergenfield Public Library in Bergenfield, N.J.

The free event is set for 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Bergenfield Public Library.

Registration for participating in the show ended on Friday, Dec. 2.

Library patrons under 18 who want to attend the show by themselves have to turn in a permission slip by Thursday, Dec. 15, at the Young Adult desk. They do not need a permission slip if they plan to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The children’s and teens' portions of the show will be separate and there will be a short award ceremony after each segment.

Doors open at 2 p.m.

The children’s segment runs from 2:30 - 3:45 p.m. while the teens' show is set for 3:45 - 5 p.m.

The library will be selling snacks and bottled water to raise money for programming.
