A & M LLC announced that a recent data security incident may have compromised payment information of some customers.

The Annie Sez location in Danbury, Conn. was also affected by the security breach, as well various locations of Afaze, Sirens and Urban Planet locations. The incident did not involve online debit or credit card transactions at any of the brands' websites.

The information at risk for people who used cards at Danbury's Annie Sez location and Bergenfield's Mandee location includes name, card number, expiration date and CVV.

A&M began investigating with third-party forensic experts after receiving reports about unusual activity from its credit card processor.

Suspicious files were discovered on its computer systems in August, capable of collecting customers' credit card information.

The company has removed the malware and implemented additional procedures to prevent further unauthorized access to customers' debit or credit card information.

A&M has established a dedicated assistance line for individuals seeking additional information regarding this incident. Customers can call 1-844-512-9007, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday or check www.mandee.com and www.anniesez.com.
