New BBQ Restaurant Opening In Bergenfield

BERGENFIELD, N.J. -- Kimchi Smoke BBQ Shack, the brick and mortar offshoot of local BBQ business (farmers markets, food festivals, etc) Kimchi Smoke, is soft-opening this Wednesday, Dec. 30 in Bergenfield.

Award-winning pitmaster Robert Cho's menu, featuring meats smoked for up to 10 hours, will include: Korean Redneck Tacos, Texas BCS Rice Bowls (with a choice of smoked pork shoulder, smoked chicken, smoked brisket or Bulgogi), Chonuts (smoked meat donut sandwich), Smoked Kimchi Ramen, Cholander Fries and Baby Back Ribs.

The soft opening will begin at 4 p.m.

Kimchi Smoke is located at 49 W Church St. in Bergenfield.
