DUMONT, N.J. — There’s a new burger eatery coming to Dumont in a few weeks and it’ll be located inside the Brookside Tavern, according to Boozy Burbs.
Holy Cow Sliders, formerly of Bergenfield, will open Holy Cow Pop Up in early February, reports boozyburbs.com.
Owner Marlene Arute will still feature the original’s classic tiny burgers, made with 75/25 ground chuck and served on a Martin’s Potato Roll, says boozyburbs.com.
