Three Dump Trucks Crash On Route 80, Firefighters Say A crash involving three dump trucks shut a portion of Route 80 Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 2. Hackensack firefighters were called to the scene in the westbound lanes where they found the three trucks and one passenger vehicle near Exit 64 around 1:50 p.m., they said. Man Dies By Suicide Along Edgewater Riverfront, Police Say A man died by suicide along a riverfront in Edgewater Wednesday morning, Oct. 2, police said. Officers called to the Hudson Riverfront walkway near City Place found the unresponsive man just before 7 a.m., Edgewater Police Chief Donald Martin said in a release.
