2 Guns Recovered, 3 Arrested After Atlantic City Drug Deal: Police Atlantic City police recovered two handguns and arrested three people after officers allegedly witnessed a drug deal, authorities said. On Tuesday, July 18, at about 8 p.m., Detectives Alberto Valles and Christopher Dodson and Officers Brandon Bower and William Harned were patrolling the Bungalow Park section of Atlantic City. They saw Xavier Leon Jr. approach a vehicle with Joseph Hill and Shabria Cooper-Carter inside in the 700 block of Wabash Avenue, police said. Teens Arrested Trying To Break Into Kias At Bally's Casino Parking Lot: Police Three 14-year-old boys were arrested after three Kia cars in Bally’s Atlantic City casino-hotel parking garage were broken into, authorities said. Two of the boys allegedly damaged the steering columns of the Kias while trying to steal them, Atlantic City police said on Facebook. A third boy had credit cards retrieved from a stolen vehicle, police said. Atlantic City Suspect Arrested With Cocaine, Loaded Handgun: Police Two men from Atlantic City were arrested after being caught with a loaded handgun and cocaine, authorities said. On Tuesday, April 19,  at 11:11 p.m., Atlantic City police responded to the 1600 block of Wabash Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.  Officer Joseph Kelly Jr. arrived in the area and observed two individuals, Quamir Beltran and Oquan Thomas, rapidly walking westbound from the immediate vicinity of the ShotSpotter notification, police said.
