Tractor-Trailer Flips On NJ Turnpike: Njsp A tractor-trailer flipped, snarling traffic on the New Jersey Turnpike, authorities said. The crash occurred at about 12:50 p.m. on Monday, April 29 on the Turnpike's Interchange 4 ramp to the toll plaza in Mount Laurel, according to New Jersey State Police. Based on a preliminary investigation, the Volvo tractor-trailer overturned on its side, State Police said. As the result of the crash, the driver of the Volvo sustained minor injuries and was taken to an area hospital, police said. The crash remains under investigation.

Truck Driver, 30, Dies In Fiery NJ Turnpike Wreck A 30-year-old Pennsylvania man died in a fiery crash on the New Jersey Turnpike over the weekend. The unnamed Huntingdon Valley man was behind the wheel of a Volvo bobtail heading south on the Turnpike in Bordentown when it collided with a Volvo semi-trailer around 4:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, New Jersey State Police Detective I Jeffrey Lebron said. The Volvo bobtail traveled off the road, collided with the sound barrier, and became engulfed in flames.  As a result of the crash, the driver died. There were no other injuries reported. The accident remains under investigation.

A Volvo heading south veered off the roadway and struck tow trees near milepost 12.4 around 4:20 p.m., New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan said. The driver, a Neptune man, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name was being withheld pending notification.

2 Dead In Voorhees Crash Two drivers were killed in a crash Saturday afternoon on Voorhees, officials said. A Volvo wagon heading eastbound on Centennial Boulevard struck a westbound Honda CRV around 1:20 p.m., local police said. The Volvo driver, Larry A.
