Crash Shuts Down Black Horse Pike, Takes Out Utility Pole In Hamilton Township A crash in western Atlantic County took down a utility pole and closed a stretch of a busy road, officials said. Township of Hamilton police said Black Horse Pike was closed near the intersection with High Bank Road on Wednesday, Apr. 3, the department said in a Facebook post.  The crash was reported to the state Department of Transportation at around 2:51 p.m. The NJDOT also said a utility pole was knocked down during the crash.
