Bucks Fugitive Wanted For Running Meth Lab Captured By U.S. Marshals At MontCo Hotel A man wanted for running a methamphetamine lab in Bucks County was captured by members of the U.S. Marshals Service at a Montgomery County hotel Thursday, authorities said. A warrant for the arrest of Charles Barton was issued Sept. 15, 2020, in connection with a June 1, 2020 incident, when officers found a methamphetamine “cook” lab in his home, Upper Southampton Township police said. Officers arrived at 24 Belmont Station around 3:10 p.m. on reports of burglary with three possible suspects, police said.
