Maple Shade's Kyle Constantine Fought 'Courageous Battle' With Cancer, 38 Kyle J. Constantine, of Maple Shade, died peacefully on April 18 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees with his family by his side after fighting "a courageous battle with colorectal cancer," according to an obituary published by Givnish Funeral Homes. He was 38 years old. The native of Voorhees was a resident of Maple Shade for the last three years and formerly lived in Philadelphia and Pennsauken, his obit said.
