Bee Stings Knock NJ Man, 20, Unconscious A 20-year-old man who was attacked by bees in Ridgewood was revived before being taken to the hospital, authorities said. The victim was unconscious but breathing, Police Chief Jacqueline Lutchke said after he was stung multiple times in the area of the Stop & Shop shopping center on Franklin Avenue shortly after 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21. "After receiving epinephrine he did begin to regain consciousness and was transported to The Valley Hospital for treatment," the chief said.

Woman Stabbed At Jersey Shore Stop & Shop Store, Reports Say Police, firefighters and EMS crews were called to a report of a stabbing in Monmouth County, authorities said. A woman reportedly was stabbed at mid-afternoon on Tuesday in front of a Stop & Shop store on Route 36 in Keyport, according to initial reports. The victim was taken to an area hospital by EMS, reports said. She had not been identified. A crime scene area was set up in front of the store, an unconfirmed report said.
