Fugitive Wanted In NC Found With Stolen Gun, Pills In Atlantic City Atlantic City police found a wanted man who had a stolen gun and ecstasy, authorities said. Hakim Clark, 33, of Atlantic City, was arrested on Friday, Mar. 8, the city's police department said in a news release on Tuesday, Mar. 12. An officer stopped Clark while he was walking in the beach block of North Carolina Avenue at around 11:52 a.m. Clark had two active arrest warrants, including one from North Carolina with extradition back to the state.
