South Jersey Woman Killed In Collision With Pickup: Police A 75-year-old woman from Elk Township was killed in a collision with a pickup truck in Gloucester County, authorities said. Georgette Hayes was killed in the crash on the 200 block of Bridgeton Pike at about 8:35 a.m. on Wednesday, June 14, according to Harrison Township police. Hayes' 2012 Ford Fiesta was traveling southbound on Bridgeton Pike (State Highway 77) when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle veered into the northbound lane and struck a 2023 Ford F-150 which was being operated by a Mullica Hill resident, police said.
