Teenager Arrested In Shooting Death Of Atlantic CIty Man: Prosecutor A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of an Atlantic City man. The juvenile was arrested on Monday, Dec. 19 by Atlantic City police, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. The arrest was in connection with the fatal shooting of Timothy Council Jr., 27, of Atlantic City. The juvenile was originally charged on Dec. 8, with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and weapons offenses. Man, 47, Found Stabbed Dead In Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Room; Philly Suspect Arrested A 47-year-old man was found stabbed to death in an Atlantic City casino hotel room, authorities said. On Friday, Sept. 23, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Atlantic City police responded to a hotel room within the Ocean Casino Resort for an unresponsive man.  The man, later identified as Brian Wilkinson, of Egg Harbor Township, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.  The Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office completed an autopsy of the victim and determined the cause of death as stab wounds and the manner of death was deemed a hom…

Thursday morning, July 21, the Middle Township police responded to a residence on West Atlantic Avenue to check the well being of the occupants. Authorities ID Atlantic City Stabbing Victim Authorities have released the name of an Atlantic City stabbing victim. Dwight Hutchinson, 65, was found by police unresponsive on Sunday, June 5 at about 2:20 p.m. on North Kentucky Avenue, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds. Medical personnel arrived but were unable to revive Hutchinson. Hutchinson was pronounced dead at the scene, Reynolds said. An autopsy was completed by the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office and the cause of death was ruled to be injuries sustained by a stab wound, Reynolds said. A nearby resident stumbled upon the skeletal remains believed to be of a male, in the woods, according to Galloway police. Fisherman Finds Body At Inlet Where Swimmer Went Missing 6 Days Earlier A fisherman found a body floating in the same Cape May County inlet where a 24-year-old swimmer went missing six days earlier. Relatives of Jabed Ikbal, 24, of Clementon were notified after the fisherman found the body of a young man  at the inlet south of the Ocean City-Longport Bridge, around 6 a.m. Saturday, an Ocean City Police Department spokesman said.
