33-Year-Old Dad Critical Days After Deptford Crash, Hit-Run Driver Sought Police in Deptford are seeking the driver in a hit-and-run crash hat seriously injured a 33-year-old dad of three. Ryan Harley was on life support at Cooper University Hospital as of Tuesday, CBS3 says.  Harley's family told the outlet he was on the phone with them when he was struck crossing Delsea Drive around 6:40 p.m. Saturday.
