Atlantic City Man, 36, Arrested In Shooting A 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Atlantic City, authorities said. At 4:04 a.m. on Wednesday, patrol officers responded to the first block of south Bellevue Avenue on a report of a man shot.  Police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg that was bleeding heavily.  Officers Brandon Bower and Matthew Talavera began to provide medical aid to the identified victim, 21, of Atlantic City.
