Pennsylvania Man Sentenced For Possessing Weapons In Atlantic City A 24-year-old Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to probation on weapons offenses, authorities said. Owen Ricketts, of Morrisville, PA, had pleaded guilty to possessing a firearm for an unlawful purpose and other weapons offenses, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Ricketts originally pleaded guilty on July 19, 2022 and agreed to a recommended sentence of five-years in New Jersey State Prison with a one-year period of parole ineligibility, the prosecutor said.
