On Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 7:06 p.m., Atlantic City patrol officers were dispatched to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, in reference to a male that walked into the emergency room seeking treatment for a gunshot wound. On Saturday, Nov. 12, at 10:48 a.m., Atlantic City patrol officers responded to the 200 block of North Kentucky Avenue for a shooting. Officers found a 33-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound.  The victim was transported by ambulance to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of injuries that are considered non-life threatening. George Harrell, 32, allegedly stabbed Dwight Hutchinson on the unit block North Kentucky Avenue in Atlantic City on June 5, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Officials said that Harrell was arrested without incident on Wednesday, Aug. 31 and is awaiting extradition from Philadelphia. Authorities ID Atlantic City Stabbing Victim Authorities have released the name of an Atlantic City stabbing victim. Dwight Hutchinson, 65, was found by police unresponsive on Sunday, June 5 at about 2:20 p.m. on North Kentucky Avenue, according to Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds. Medical personnel arrived but were unable to revive Hutchinson. Hutchinson was pronounced dead at the scene, Reynolds said. An autopsy was completed by the Southern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office and the cause of death was ruled to be injuries sustained by a stab wound, Reynolds said.
