Hakim Clark, 33, of Atlantic City, was arrested on Friday, Mar. 8, the city's police department said in a news release on Tuesday, Mar. 12. An officer stopped Clark while he was walking in the beach block of North Carolina Avenue at around 11:52 a.m. Clark had two active arrest warrants, including one from North Carolina with extradition back to the state. Atlantic City Man Arrested With Loaded Handgun A 23-year-old man from Atlantic City was arrested with a loaded handgun and ammunition, authorities said. At 4:46 p.m., detectives of the Special Investigations Section arrested Daniele Tuitt in possession of a loaded handgun, police said.  Detective Alberto Valles was conducting surveillance when he observed Tuitt crossing Route 30 near North Carolina Avenue.
