5 Cuffed On Drug Charges In Atlantic City Five suspects have been arrested on various drug charges following complaints from residents about illegal sales in their neighborhood, authorities said. Detectives with the Special Investigations Section conducted a surveillance operation near South Carolina and Baltic avenues on Wednesday morning, Atlantic City police said. Detectives arrested four males, including one juvenile, and one woman, police said. Police recovered 365 bags of heroin and more than 10 grams of cocaine from the arrested individuals, they said.
