A Burlington County man surrendered to police after hours of negotiations with a SWAT team from the roof of a friend's home whose family he threatened to kill, authorities said. A 29-year-old South Jersey man involved in an hours-long standoff with multiple police agencies in Atlantic County is accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend.
