Jersey Shore Man Gets 4 Years State Prison For Possessing 1,000 Child Pornography Images A 42-year-old man from Ocean County has been sentenced to four years in state prison for possessing child pornography, authorities said.  Michael Delia of Waretown previously pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child by possessing child pornography, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D.
